Ordering

How do I place an order?

Enter your delivery address on our homepage, browse nearby restaurants, add items to your cart, and checkout. You'll receive order updates via email.

Can I schedule an order for later?

Currently, we only support immediate delivery. Scheduled ordering is coming soon!

What's the minimum order amount?

There's no minimum order amount. Every order pays couriers fairly regardless of size.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

All deliveries cost €5.00—no surge pricing, ever. €3.50 goes directly to your courier.

How long will delivery take?

Most deliveries arrive within 30-45 minutes. You'll see an estimated time when browsing restaurants.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive real-time updates as your order is prepared and delivered.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and MobilePay.

How do refunds work?

If there's an issue, contact us within 24 hours. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 minutes of placing it. After that, your order is being prepared and cannot be cancelled.

Account

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you save addresses and track order history.

How do I update my account info?

Log in and visit your account settings to update your name, email, phone, and saved addresses.
