Acceptance of Terms
By using eet's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform.
Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information
- One account per person; don't share accounts
Orders and Payments
- Pricing: All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT
- Payment: Payment is processed when you place your order
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement for a full refund
- Delivery Fees: A €5.00 delivery fee applies to all orders; no surge pricing
Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are approximations
- You must be available to receive your delivery
- Contactless delivery is available upon request
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery to unsafe locations
Refunds and Issues
If there's an issue with your order:
- Contact us within 24 hours at hello@eet.fi
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- We'll investigate all claims fairly and promptly
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Harass or abuse couriers, restaurant staff, or eet employees
- Attempt to defraud or manipulate the platform
- Share your account credentials
Limitation of Liability
eet acts as a platform connecting customers, restaurants, and couriers. While we strive for excellence, we're not liable for food quality issues, allergic reactions, or acts beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
